The IPPO Council Presidency consists of one President and six Vice-Presidents representing the six regional groups, but they must be members of non-governmental organizations holding special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council. The first Council was nominated and formed by Mr. Guowei CUI, the founder of IPPO, for a term of four years.
