August 4, 2025, 2025 IPPO UN (Autumn) Forum organized a successful preparing meeting. At the meeting, an important proposal was passed to recommend Mr. Miomir Rajcevic, President of Media Education Center (Serbian), as the Chairman to host this forum with significant international influence.

Previously, the Council received a recommendation letter from Mr. Wang Junzhan, the main initiator of IPPO, in which he solemnly nominated Mr. Miomir Rajcevic as the Chairman of the 2025 IPPO Forum. After careful and in-depth discussions by the IPPO Council, all members unanimously decided to adopt the recommendation and officially appoint Mr. Miomir Rajcevic as the Chair of the 2025 IPPO United Nations (Autumn) Forum.

This decision is not only a full recognition of Mr. Rajcevic's outstanding personal abilities and extensive international influence, but also stems from his unwavering support and outstanding contributions to the IPPO cause as one of the founding members, as well as his extraordinary efforts, outstanding wisdom, rigorous attitude, and outstanding leadership skills demonstrated in previous IPPO nations' rights to development review work. （Text: Li Shihui）
